Will writing Services during the Coronavirus crisis

We understand that now more than ever we are all reflecting on our families and the things that are most important to us. The current situation has given us all pause to consider how prepared we are for the challenges and changes that life can present, and we are receiving an increasing number of enquiries about Will writing and whether it is possible to write and complete a Will at the moment.

The firm has enacted pre-established plans and procedures to allow for the continuation of core services to our clients including Will writing.  To guarantee a continued level of service, we have in place a crisis team who have self-isolated and are working from home in order to be able to meet the needs of our clients.  In addition we have limited staff in the office supporting those home workers and attending clients where possible to have Wills executed.  We have provided social-distance zones in the office and we have a stringent sanitisation policy in place.  The team understands more than ever they have an important role to play and that our response times must remain high in order to expedite Wills for our clients.

We offer a postal service, telephone consultations and limited face to face meetings.
