Gary is head of our Dispute Resolution team and specialises in conducting litigation on behalf of large financial institutions and banks as well as construction, real estate and litigant disputes. Gary has a formidable reputation as a litigator and specialises in providing common sense solutions and options to quickly resolve complex banking disputes on issues such as professional negligence, title rectification, mortgage enforcement, fraud and receiver actions. He has a further qualification in Advanced Advocacy and teaches solicitors on the advanced advocacy accreditation courses. Gary sits as a part time Tribunal Judge as part of the Review Tribunal.

- Representing a major UK lender in a professional negligence action relating to a fraudulent solicitor including options to secure and preserve assets pending the final determination of the case.
- Advising a UK lender on the volume transfer of litigation cases to a new corporate entity following ring-fencing exercise under FSMA.
- Defending a lender in the Court of Appeal in respect of a counterclaim brought by a personal litigation in the course of possession proceedings. The counterclaim was dismissed and a possession order granted to the lender.
