Supporting Growth: Wilson Nesbitt help Artemis relocate to New HQ

The Wilson Nesbitt Real Estate team has supported Artemis Technologies in leasing 10,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation for its new Belfast HQ at Concourse II, Harbour Estate, Belfast.  

Artemis, which develops zero-emission high speed vessels, has taken the space, which forms part of the Catalyst technology incubator.

The Grade A space will see c. 60 of the Artemis team relocate from their current Lisburn office.  

With plans to grow the overall team to more than 100 by the end of the year, the new office will be a hub for boat design, sales and marketing.  The offices are in addition to the 42,200 sq. ft. manufacturing facility opened by Artemis in January 2022.

The company is using its eFoiler® technology to deliver zero emission crafts.  The additional space will help Artemis bring its green workboats, passenger ferries and leisure crafts to a global market from Belfast.
