Wilson Nesbitt Shortlisted for the ESTAS for Fourth Year running
Wilson Nesbitt’s Conveyancing team are delighted to be recognised for delivering outstanding customer service to their clients, making the shortlist of The ESTAS for the fourth year running.
The Residential Property team, led by Partners Ian Creighton & Lauren Burns, won GOLD awards at the ESTAS in 2019,2021 and 2022; the ceremony having to take a break in 2020 due to COVID.
Celebrating Exceptional Customer Service
The ESTAs are the most prominent and prestigious award scheme in the UK residential property industry, powered by an online customer review platform, which enables property professionals to demonstrate the customer service standards they deliver for their clients.
Over six hundred agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers have been shortlisted around the UK making them one of the top property firms in the UK.
In 2022, ESTAS introduced a ‘Standard of Excellence’ which all shortlisted firms must attain to make the shortlist. Firms have to exceed a minimum number of verified client reviews on the ESTAS website, which involve a detailed rating system across a number of service points, culminating in a final percentage customer service rating.
The regional and national winners will be announced at the 20th annual ESTAS ceremony held in London on Fri 20 Oct 2022.
