Wilson Nesbitt support delivery of landmark Radius Housing & Community Scheme
Radius Housing, in partnership with Sean Dolan’s GAC, Derry, have successfully had their planning application approved for a GDV £17m landmark regeneration project in the Creggan area of the city. Wilson Nesbitt are delighted to be a part of this crucial development and to support such a brilliant team.
Work has begun, with the project aiming to deliver 119 new social and affordable homes, a 3G facility, alongside an extension and refurbishment of the existing club house facilities and provision of a new multi-use community culture centre. The ambitious development will transform the lands to the west of the current Sean Dolan GAC grounds at Bligh’s Lane.
