Jean’s Compensation Following Pedestrian Accident

Jean, 76, had been shopping and was crossing the road when a turning car didn’t see her and knocked her off her feet. The car stopped immediately, but the fall left Jean injured and needing to go to hospital.

At the hospital, an x-ray revealed that Jean had a fractured foot. She was given a specially designed boot and was discharged to go home the next day.

Jean’s grandson, Jonathan, 27, helped her find a solicitor to make a claim, and they both contacted us for our support.
