Dependants

You have an obligation to provide for dependants in your Will pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) (NI) Order 1979 and any re-enactment or amendment thereto. Dependants can be your spouse, civil partner, partner, children or others (including an ex-spouse or civil partner) who are dependent upon you.
