Bethan is an Associate in our Family Law team. She advises on divorce, financial settlements and children matters. Bethan is dual-qualified with the ability to act in Northern Ireland and England & Wales.
Key Experience
- Advising clients in cases concerning divorce, finances, pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Expertise in handling complex cases with care, professionalism, and a client-first approach.
- Advising on complex children matters resulting from separation, including contact, international relocation, grandparent contact, Hague Convention cases and abduction.
- Representing clients in care proceedings involving serious allegations of non-accidental injury, domestic abuse and emotional harm.
- Expertise in securing legal protection for victims of domestic abuse.
- Bethan successfully represented the Appellant Mother (Re-B-B) in the seminal case of Re H-N and Others [2021] EWCA Civ 448.
