Bethan is an Associate in our Family Law team. She advises on divorce, financial settlements and children matters. Bethan is also dual-qualified (Northern Ireland and England & Wales) and is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s Children Order Panel.

- Advising on complex children matters resulting from separation, including contact, international relocation, grandparent contact, Hague Convention cases and abduction.
- Representing clients in care proceedings involving serious allegations of non-accidental injury, domestic abuse and emotional harm.
- Expertise in securing legal protection for victims of domestic abuse.
- Bethan successfully represented the Appellant Mother (Re-B-B) in the seminal case of Re H-N and Others [2021] EWCA Civ 448.
