Wilson Nesbitt advises on cross border disposal of Iceni Technologies to PDFTron

A Wilson Nesbitt team, led by Partner Neil Logan and Solicitor Max Nesbitt, has advised on the cross border disposal of ICENI Technologies to the Canadian based PDFTron Systems Inc. The acquisition of Iceni Technologies marks PDFTron’s entry into the European market and builds on a number of recent acquisition of American enterprise document software providers.

Iceni Technologies specialises in PDF editing and translation software and has produced a series of firsts in the field of PDF manipulation. ICENI Technology was formed in 1996 and is used by over 11,000 professional, corporate, educator and estate agent customers in over 39 different countries. PDFTron Systems is a global provider of high-performance document processing technology serving customers.
