Wilson Nesbitt Awarded Lexcel Accreditation for 23rd Time
We are pleased to announce that Wilson Nesbitt has received The Law Society’s Lexcel accreditation for the 23rd time.
Lexcel is The Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management. Law firms who apply for the Lexcel accreditation undergo a rigorous assessment process which involves an on-site audit including file inspections, interviews with employees and document examination.
This year’s report recognised 36 areas of good practice within the firm. Some of the areas of good practice highlighted include:
- The launch of the firm’s environmental sustainability plan;
- Achieving success at the ESTAS 2025 Awards;
- Retention of the Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation;
- Holding the FSQS accreditation;
- Investment in the firm’s staff academy training programme;
- Strong information security governance;
- The firm’s support and encouragement of internal staff progression;
- Recognition in the Chambers and Legal 500 legal directories.
