Wilson Nesbitt secures Lexcel reaccreditation
For the 21st time, Wilson Nesbitt has once again been accredited with the Law Society’s Lexcel, the legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance, risk management, people management and practice management.
The law firm, which has been accredited until February 2025 was subject to a rigorous on-site & file inspection including staff interviews and document examination being provided both electronically and in person.
Wilson Nesbitt received positive feedback from the assessor, who highlighted 17 areas of good practice.
Drew Nesbitt, Partner, says: “We’re very proud to be once again accredited and recognised for our commitment to our people and those who we work for; Lexcel sets the standard for the provision of legal services.”
Highlights from the assessor’s feedback included:
“There appears to be a true open door approach where staff have no fear to raise questions.”
“The practice continues to invest in information management and security and the use of technology in the practice to aid efficiency and profitability.”
“The assessor was pleased to hear from interviewees of the dedicated investment in people, which is improving on a continual basis thanks to the partner’s dedication to modernising the practice.”
