  • Advising a private individual on the acquisition of the 10.5 acre Hillview Centre Belfast and its subsequent regeneration including letting to Lidl.
  • Advising Radius Housing Association on the acquisition and development of the 21.5 acre Black’s Gate and subsequent redevelopment for 244 social and affordable dwellings.
