Wilson Nesbitt advises on the regeneration of Hillview Retail Centre Belfast.

Wilson Nesbitt has advised on the disposal of 50,000 square feet of retail accommodation at Hillview Retail Park, Crumlin Road, Belfast to Lidl.  The deal includes a requirement on Lidl to carry out various works of improvement at the estate and was led by real estate partner Drew Nesbit.  Lidl will be joined by Home Bargains as the anchor tenants of the estate.

The works, which will take around 6 months, will see the start of the regeneration of a site that has lain dormant for a decade and the creation of around 45 retail jobs.  The scheme proposed for the 90,000 square foot retail park includes the development of an additional 20,000 square  feet of retail and restaurants.
